I just did it manually using Wikipedia's schedules for Duke

I figured there was about a 99% chance Duke had done it in the recent past

In 2017, Miami's opening ACC game was at Duke (which they won, on the way to a 7-1 Coastal Championship). UVA was 3-5. But they started out conference play with a win over Duke. Pitt was 3-5 (and oddly, one of those three wins was over the aforementioned Miami, who was #2 at the time). Their first conference win was over Duke, after an 0-3 conference start.
